Chaplain (Capt) Andy Martin serves both the Oregon Wing and the Columbia Composite Squadron. He participates regularly with SAREX’s and loves working with cadets. He is a Mission Chaplain as well as a senior rated Chaplain.
Chaplain Martin has served as encampment Chaplain multiple times and he has completed Level 3 of the professional development program.
