Chaplain (Major) Debra Prosser Phone: 702-524-4139 Chaplain (Major) Debra Prosser was a Civil Air Patrol Cadet in the Arizona and Wisconsin Wing prior to active service in the United States Army. Chaplain Prosser has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from LIFE Bible College and is working on her Master of Theology degree from King’s Seminary. Debra is endorsed by the International Church Of The Foursquare Gospel. She holds the Master Chaplain specialty rating as well as Senior rating in Cadet Programs. Chaplain Prosser is currently working on Mission Chaplain and General Emergency Services qualifications. She is working on level IV of the senior member training. In 2003, Debra was honored with the Nevada Chaplain of the Year Award. Chaplain Prosser’s CAP decorations include the Grover Loening Award, the Chuck Yeager Aerospace Education Achievement Award, the Leadership Ribbon, the Billy Mitchell Award, the Red Service Ribbon, the National Cadet Competition Ribbon and Encampment Ribbon. Chaplain Prosser served as Nevada Assistant Wing Chaplain, Nellis Cadet Squadron Chaplain. She is the Associate Pastor of Solid Rock Foursquare Church in Las Vegas, Nevada. She enjoys sports of all sorts, especially karate, and finding a need and filling it. |
